Thursday 10 November

TOP QUALIFIERS’ TIMES SQUARE DINNER

12.20pm:
The Top Qualifiers group arrives in New York and is transferred to the Waldorf Astoria by luxury coach. On arrival, luggage is whisked away to rooms by hotel porters while a welcome drink is served.

8.00pm:
The group is transferred to the Blue Fin Restaurant on Times Square for a fabulous 3 course dinner.

Friday 11 November

TOP QUALIFIERS’ – HELICOPTER FLIP
BOTH GROUPS – GALLAGHER’S STEAK HOUSE

6.00am onwards:
While the Main Group departs London Heathrow, Top Qualifiers enjoy a full American breakfast in Oscars Restaurant at the Waldorf before departing for lower Manhattan. During the morning, they take a helicopter ride over Liberty Island, Ellis Island, and the Hudson River as far north as midtown. They see the viewing facility at Ground Zero, and the Financial District including Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.

Midday:
I’ll have what she’s having!! Top Qualifiers enjoy lunch at Katz’s famous Delicatessen where the famous scene from ‘When Harry Met Sally’ was filmed, before transferring back to the hotel to meet the Main Group who arrive in the afternoon.

7.30pm:
Distributors depart the hotel on luxury coaches bound for the best steak house in New York – Gallagher’s Restaurant! A 3 course dinner is served including Gallagher’s aged Sirloin as the main course; the restaurant’s signature dish, and a juicy little number!

Saturday 12 November

CITY TOUR & EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

6.00am onwards:
Another full American breakfast in Oscars Restaurant for Top Qualifiers, and the first for Main Group – watch those waistlines folks!!

New York is a city of discovery and perfect for exploration – distributors collect allowances for tonight’s lunch and dinner, lunch tomorrow and their choice of theatre or other event ticket to use during free time over the following few days.

9.30am:
Distributors depart from the hotel by luxury coach for a tour of New York, visiting many of the well known landmarks and including an ascent of the Empire State Building for panoramic views of the city.

Afternoon at leisure.

7.00pm:
Distributors are collected from the hotel and transferred to their chosen Broadway theatre or local venue for this evening’s performance, and are free to choose their own dining arrangements, either pre- or post event.

Sunday 13 November

DAY AT LEISURE & THE BIG GAME!

6.00am onwards:
Yes you’ve guessed it – full American breakfast in Oscars Restaurant!

Today is a full day at leisure. There is such a lot to see and do in New York, and distributors can get all the help they need to decide which, what and where, from our own hospitality desk.

6.30pm:
The group departs the hotel bound for an exciting game of ice hockey, or basketball, at the city’s famous sporting venue, Madison Square Garden!

Monday 14 November

CONFERENCE & GALA DINNER

6.00am onwards:
Breakfast in Oscars Restaurant – have you brought elasticated waistbands?

9.00am:
The Kleeneze Destination XI Conference opens in the Empire Room.

Afternoon at leisure for more sightseeing and shopping – can you fit any more bargains in that suitcase?!

7.00pm:
Cocktail Party and 3 course Gala Dinner on the Starlight Terrace at the Warldorf Astoria, THE place to be, and be seen since the 30’s, where the likes of the original Rat Pack made their first appearances!

Eat, drink, dance and party the night away – it’s your conference, your destination, and your reward!!

Tuesday 15 November

HARBOUR CRUISE

6.00am onwards:
Your last full American breakfast in Oscars – make it the biggest yet!

Morning at leisure and check out.

1.00pm:
Distributors depart from the hotel on luxury coaches, to board the Bateaux New York for a 3 course lunch and harbour cruise that includes vistas of Liberty Island, Ellis Island, Lower Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridge, before transferring to the airport for the return flight home.
