A ONE MILLION POUND TURNOVER! |
| |
|
UK England--Dec 2009--
This month saw Bronze Premier Executive Distrib utors Muriel and Tony Judson achieve an outstanding goal - to have
£1,000,000 turnover in one Period! we caught up with the couple to see what went into completing
this massive milestone.
----It was a definite goal of ours, but it was made up of lots of other goals from other members of the Universal
Group. Many other people had a personal best Period, many people moved up the pay plan and many people including
ourselves had our best ever bonus cheque. You can’t do one million pounds on your own - that is the power of
Network Marketing. People who did hundreds and hundreds of pounds and people who did tens of thousands of pounds
and even people who put in their very first order made a contribution to the whole million and we would like to
thank each and every member of the Universal Group for the hard work that they put in to help us achieve our
goal.
Have the Kleeneze incentives helped you achieve it at all?
The Kleeneze incentives help in every area of the business, whether it is a new Distributor earning extra
catalogues or a first bonus cheque or a conference qualification for Golds, Bronze, SEDs or even Premiers. Who
wouldn’t want a free holiday or car?! It is this sort of recognition that drives people on. I think that we should
also give the company a big pat on the back for the excellent stock situation this year also helping us achieve our
goal.
What else do you accredit your success to?
The other big factor in success in Network Marketing is teamwork and following a proven system - it’s the power of
each individual distributor working towards their own goals and at a speed that suits them. Don’t let us forget our
fabulous customers either, who after 4 to 6 months become our customer base and give us orders month after month
after month. And not forgetting our fantastic catalogues that encourage our customers to buy. To sum up what we
think has helped us to achieve our £1,000,000.00 - it’s all of the above. Every bit fits together like a jigsaw
puzzle. You need it all to complete the picture.
You too started Kleeneze during a recession. Do you note any similarities with this recession and is it a
good a time to start as people say?
We started our business in a recession and think that it is one of the best times to start a business with more
people looking for work. Plus, the time between Christmas and New Year is a great recruiting time as most companies
make people redundant then. We have always found that this next 10 days is great for retailing when customers start
panic-buying last minute presents, so make sure that your catalogues are out.
