Work From Home

We don't believe in spin or making outrageous clams or anything like that what we do believe in is telling the truth and letting people know what its like working from home.

So here goes:

Working from home can be like a job where you change your home to an office or workplace put the hours in and get paid. Basically exchanging time for money. You don't have to travel to work and to a degree you have some flexibility but basically you are at work at home with all the restrictions that it brings. On the other hand working from home can be totally different whereby you decide when you are going to work who you are going to work with and what you will achieve. I am fortunate in that i made the break from my job over 6 years ago and have never looked back. I enjoy the freedom I have working from home and am not dictated to with regard to who i work with how long i work and most important of all how much money i make.

Talking about incentives, I remember when I worked, the company i worked for ran a competition to win an air tickets to fly anywhere you liked to a certain value i think it was £200. This was an incentive from the company for working hard if you worked hard you were entered in the competition. I won the competition and got the tickets and we went to Rome. We had to pay for the hotel and food and everything.
